Upgrading Your Plan

Move to a higher plan to unlock more QR codes, advanced features, and team collaboration tools.

Why Upgrade?

Each plan tier unlocks additional capabilities:

How to Upgrade

Step 1: Go to Subscription Settings

  1. Click Subscription in the sidebar

Step 2: Choose Your Plan

Review the available plans and billing periods available, and select the plan you want.

Step 3: Complete Payment

  1. Enter your payment details (or use existing card on file)
  2. Review the amount to be charged
  3. Click Subscribe to confirm

Step 4: Access New Features

Your new features are available immediately after payment:

  • Additional QR code slots
  • New menu options appear in sidebar
  • API access enabled (Pro/Max)
  • Team features unlocked (Pro/Max)

Upgrading from Free Trial

If you’re on a free trial:

  1. Go to Subscription settings
  2. Click Upgrade on your preferred plan
  3. Complete payment
  4. Your trial converts to a paid subscription
  5. No data is lost—all QR codes are preserved

Prorated Billing

When upgrading mid-billing cycle:

  • You’re charged immediately for the difference
  • Credit is applied for unused time on your current plan
  • Your billing date stays the same

Example: If you upgrade from Starter ($5/month) to Pro ($25/month) halfway through your billing period:

  • Credit for remaining Starter time: ~$2.50
  • Pro cost for remaining period: ~$12.50
  • Amount charged: ~$10.00

Upgrading Team Plans

Upgrading unlocks more team seats:

After upgrading, go to Team settings to invite additional members.

After Upgrading

Once upgraded:

  1. Refresh the page if features don’t appear immediately
  2. Check your email for confirmation receipt
  3. Explore new features in the sidebar
  4. Invite team members if you upgraded to Pro or Max

Troubleshooting

Payment failed

  • Verify your card details are correct
  • Ensure sufficient funds are available
  • Try a different payment method
  • Contact your bank if issues persist

Features not appearing

  • Log out and log back in
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Contact support if issues persist

Wrong plan selected

If you accidentally upgraded to the wrong plan:

  1. Contact support within 24 hours
  2. We can adjust your subscription
  3. Refunds are processed for the difference
