Email Filters or Rules

Your email provider may be filtering messages:

  • Check any custom rules you’ve set up
  • Look in “Promotions” or “Updates” tabs (Gmail)
  • Check “Focused” vs “Other” inbox (Outlook)
  • Review any email forwarding rules

Verification links expire after 24 hours for security.

Solution:

  1. Log in to SnapGlyph
  2. Click Resend Verification Email
  3. Use the new link within 24 hours

If clicking the link shows an error:

Each verification link can only be used once. If you’ve already verified, you’re all set! Try logging in normally.

Sometimes email clients break long links:

  1. Try copying the entire link manually
  2. Paste it directly into your browser’s address bar
  3. Ensure no characters are missing from the end

Browser Issues

Try these steps:

  1. Open the link in a different browser
  2. Clear your browser cache and cookies
